Our Club is always looking for partners.

CMSC has grown to having a current membership of over 100 youth players aged 4-18, fielding teams including Junior Academy, Pre Academy, Academy, and Classic levels, playing in the North Carolina Youth Soccer Association.

The Club stands to provide a positive learning environment for players to develop to their full potential. While encouraging the development of technical soccer excellence, we place players within a challenging environment based on the guiding principle of developing the whole person. Players are regarded as individuals and are encouraged to maintain a positive self-image through a healthy competitive soccer spirit.

We are a multi-cultural club with a diverse staff and player base. We maintain a policy of open membership regardless of residence or economic circumstance. Our club is proud to represent Western North Carolina and is committed to achieving positive recognition for our region. As well, CMSC strives to form positive working relationships with all public, private, middle and high schools and their coaching staffs. CMSC would like to be seen as a resource, not a competitor for players.

Reach: The club practices weekly at Hazelwood Elementary School in Waynesville, NC.  The club hosts tournaments in Waynesville and travels to matches in Asheville, Morganton, Brevard, Charlotte, Raleigh, Greensboro and other population centers.

The role of Sponsorships:

The role of sponsorships in the success of the club is directly connected to our mission:  to provide a positive learning environment for players to develop to their full potential.  CMSC encourages the development of technical soccer excellence, we place players within a challenging environment based on the guiding principle of developing the whole person.  Players are regarded as individuals and are encouraged to maintain a positive self-image through a healthy competitive spirit.

Sponsorships directly support this mission.  From purchasing uniforms and equipment to helping to offset travel costs for team and coaches so that the financial burden does not fully fall on parents.  Sponsorship support allows access to a competitive soccer experience that a young athlete might not otherwise have.

Your support also allows for the development of a positive and professional team image.  The pride that our players have on the pitch is connected to how supported they feel in their community.  Our club seeks sponsors who share our values and know that the relationships we build as a team of players, coaches, parents, and supporters make the difference in the life of our kids and the communities they represent.

Ultimately, sponsorships promote a sense of community involvement, as local businesses and organizations step in to support youth sports, fostering a strong sense of unity and shared purpose.  As you know, our rural community builds its successes on these ideas.
